چکیده
In this study, the recovery of heat energy lost to engine coolant (Ec) in a liquid cooled, gas (propane) fueled spark ignition (SI) using thermoe-lectric generator (TEG) is experimentally researched. A two-layer rectangular geometry TEG designed, consisting propane exchanger (P_hex) lo-cated on surface an (Ec_hex). 20 items thermoelectric modules (TEMs), each 30x30 mm dimensions, are placing between Ec_hex and P_hex. design, cooling fluid used hot TEMs, fed cold surface. addition, with use designed TEG, there no need additional evaporator for gas. Experiments carried out at 8 speeds ranging from 1500 5000 rpm. As result, produces 1.25 – 3.01 W DC electrical power engine's rpm range, while efficiency fluctuates 2.7 3.1%. However, maximum TEG_power rpm, TEG_efficiency 3.1% On other hand, electri-cal approximately 1.1 1.26% charging system power. TEG's contribution again decreases speed.

Thermoelectric effects, such as the generation of a particle current by a temperature gradient, have their origin in a reversible coupling between heat and particle flows. These effects are fundamental probes for materials and have applications to cooling and power generation. Here, we demonstrate thermoelectricity in a fermionic cold atoms channel in the ballistic and diffusive regimes, connec...

The increasing use of fuels derived from oil, deepens concern about the fact that non-fossil fuels have to be considered as the fuels of the future. Among the alternatives, hydrogen produced from the abundant sources of water, seems to be one of the best, but it suffers drawbacks with regard to combustion, storage and transportation. The other alternatives are ammonia, produced from unlimited s...
